Gene Arganese, founder and president of
Arganese Cigars, is a true brother of the leaf.  
After a highly successful career as a real
estate developer in New England, Gene
decided it was time for a chance of pace.  
While on vacation in the Dominican Republic,
he decided he was going to start his own cigar
company.  Thousands of people have said this
on trips to the DR, including me.  But Gene
had the skills and means to actually do it.  
Headquartered in Westerly, RI, with growing
and production facilities in Tamboril, DR,
Arganese is quickly making a name in the cigar
industry.  With a goal of creating a great cigar
at a fair price, Arganese uses innovative
methods to achieve that goal.  He's a great
man to talk to, and his passion oozes through
