O'Fallon, MO, has been with the Midwest
Cigar Summit since its beginnings in
Peoria, in 2007.  He has always been
there to provide input, donate to our
raffle, and brings a great selection of
cigars and accessories to the event,
showcasing items from Arganese Cigars.
